NO GUARANTEE: As long as you maintain discipline, your body can safely drop 2-3 kilos/inches or more in a month, and the fat you lose with us will not return. Our diet programs are not crash diets that you adhere to for transient outcomes. Instead, we want to alter your eating habits and lifestyle. The food that is recommended is something you can maintain for the rest of your life, so you may get lasting results and alter your way of life.

Payments: You consent to pay in full before the program begins.
Refunds: The No Refund policy is in effect once you have paid for a program. Due to the nature of the services involved, there is never a refund given.
Transfers: Our courses cannot be transferred. If you are unable to continue the program due to a medical condition or another pressing issue, we might be able to approve the transfer request if you can submit supporting documentation.
Breaks: We do not advocate taking breaks because they interrupt the process of adopting the dietary and lifestyle adjustments we advise. Additionally, incorporating things into your life no matter what you are doing is what lifestyle adjustments are all about. Holidays, gatherings with family, travel, or illness shouldn't cause people to stop eating wisely. However, if you need to halt your program for another urgent cause, please contact us. You are allowed a respite of up to two weeks if the hold is accepted. The hold/pause facility does not apply to programs lasting one week or one month.

Health programs, such as diet plans for diabetes, weight loss, weight gain, etc. The program offers recipes, workout schedules, nutrition regimens, etc. Both offline (with in-person meetings at the health center) and online versions of all of our programs are offered.
